Large, hardwood panels, boldly color-saturated attract.  Closer inspection reveals layers of lush, sensual color, symbolic marks and mysterious shapes, organically formed, almost intuitively guide the viewer and engage their interpretation through their own experience and vision.

I use oil sticks directly applied to the protected surface, blending, layering, and incising.
